Saturday November 2nd (Panama All Souls Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike part of the River Walk. This is a 1 hour in/out hike over paved streets with a slight grade. If interested email [email protected].
Tuesday November 5th (Panama First Independence Cry Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to the Pipeline Trail and hike to/from the Bajo Mono Camp. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved street with moderate hills, level 2 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Friday November 8th we'll beat the rain by leaving at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hiking to/from the Climbing Wall. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
It appears the rain will hold off until after 10:00, so Monday November 11th (US and Canada Veterans/Remembrance Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike to/from the Climbing Wall. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with steep hills, level 7 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.8 miles, 11,200 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Saturday November 30th we'll finish the month with a favorite hike. We'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to Alto Quiel and hike part of the road to El Salto road. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved and gravel street and some trail with moderate hills, level 3 for distance and difficulty.
