Saturday October 7th (World Habitat Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Central Park loop. This is a 1 hour hike in town over paved streets, essentially flat, level 1 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].

Monday October 9th (World Mail Day and World Natural Disaster Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to the Pipeline Trail entrance and hike to/from the Ranger Station. This is a 2 hour hike over a paved street with substantial hills, level 8 for distance, level 9 for difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Tuesday October 10th (World Mental Health Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the El Salto loop. This is a <1 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 1 for distance, level 2 for difficulty. If interested email [email protected].

Saturday October 14th (World Fossil Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to El Santuario and hike to/from Il Pianista. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved street with moderate hills, level 1 for distance, level 2 for difficulty. If interested email [email protected].

Since we've had some hard hikes last week, Monday October 16th (World Food Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike an easy one - the El Santuario loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Tuesday October 17th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the River Walk. This is a 1 hour hike over paved streets with slight incline, level 1 for distance and difficulty. See you there.

Friday October 20th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike Horqueta. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with substantial hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 3.4 miles, 8600 steps. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Saturday October 21st we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to the Wilson bridge and hike the Mystic Garden loop. This is a 1 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with a moderate hill, level 2 for distance and difficulty. Wear sun protection. If interested email [email protected].

Monday October 23rd (Slave Trade Abolition Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM, drive to the Climbing Wall and hike to/from the Haunted Castle.
