Saturday September 2nd we'll start the month with a favorite easy hike - we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike part of the River Walk. By request Wednesday September 6th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Pipeline Trail. This is a 2 hour hike over a rainforest trail with moderate hills, level 6 for distance, level 7 for difficulty. Wear hiking boots and bring water and a hiking stick. Saturday September 9th (Wiener Schnitzel Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Social Security loop. This is an easy essential flat hike in town over paved streets, level 1 for distance and difficulty. Hope to see you there. If interested email [email protected].
Monday September 11th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike to/from the Climbing Wall. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 6 for distance, level 7 for difficulty, 4.4 miles, 8900 steps. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
Saturday September 16th (World Ozone Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the El Salto road loop. This is a <1 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 1 for distance, level 2 for difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Monday September 18th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the River Walk loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets and a trail with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 6.3 miles, 14,500 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Tuesday September 19th (World Humanitarian Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Cemetery loop. This is a 1 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with moderate hills, level 2 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Friday September 22nd (Panama Folklore Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to Alto Quiel and hike to/from El Salto road. Saturday September 23rd (Slave Trade Abolition Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to El Santuario and hike to/from Il Pianista. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved street with a moderate hill, level 1 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
