Monday July 1st (Panama Inauguration Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to the Climbing Wall and hike to/from the Haunted Castle. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Tuesday July 2nd (World UFO Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike Alto Quiel. This is a 1 hour in/out hike, level 2 for distance, level 3 for difficulty over a paved and gravel street with moderate hills. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Wednesday July 3rd we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike Los Pinos. This is a 2½ hour in/out hike over a paved and gravel street with substantial hills, level 8 for distance and difficulty, 7 miles, 14,500 steps, 2844 ft vertical. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Friday July 5th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike Palmira Arriba. This is a 2 hour in/out hike over a paved street with substantial hills, level 7 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 5 miles, 11,400 steps. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Saturday July 6th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Social Security loop. This is a 1 hour hike over paved streets in town with slight hills, level 1 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].

Monday July 8th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Pianista loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Tuesday July 9th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the River Walk. This is a 1 hour in/out hike over a paved street essentially flat. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Wednesday July 10th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to Caldera  and hike the Village Loop. This is a 2 hour hike essentially flat in the town, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5½ miles, 10,500 steps. Bring extra water and wear hiking boots. If interested email [email protected].

Tuesday July 16th (Panama El Niño Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the El Salto road loop. This is a 1 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 1 for distance, level 2 for difficulty. If interested email [email protected].

Wednesday July 17th (World Emoji Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to Lucero and hike La Estrella. This is a 2+ hour hike over gravel streets with substantial hills, level 7 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 6 miles, 14,000 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Friday July 19th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike La Estancia loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with some steep long hills, level 7 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.8 miles, 11,800 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Saturday July 20th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Santa Lucia loop. This is a 1 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with slight hills, level 1 for distance, level 2 for difficulty.

Tuesday July 23rd, (World Whale and Dolphin Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Cemetery loop. This is a 1 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with slight hills, level 2 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].

Saturday July 27th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to El Santuario and hike to/from Il Pianista. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved street with moderate hills, level 1 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Monday July 29th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to the Wilson bridge and hike Don Chelo - a new hike. As it's new I don't know its ratings, time or distance, but it likely won't be more than 2 hours. Bring water and a hiking stick and wear hiking boots. If interested email [email protected].
