Monday June 2nd we'll start the month, leaving at 8:00 AM from Multibank driving to the Climbing Wall and hiking to/from the Haunted Castle. This is a 2 hour in/out hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. If desired we may tour the castle. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
Tuesday June 3rd we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Cemetery loop. This is a 1+hour hike in town over paved and gravel streets with small hills, level 2 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Wednesday June 4th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike Los Pinos. This is a 2½ hour in/out hike over a paved and gravel street with substantial hills, level 8 for distance nad difficulty, 7 miles, 14,500 steps, 1000 ft elevation. Thursday June 5th (World Environment Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Social Security loop. This is a 1 hour hike in town over mostly paved streets with small hills, level 2 for distance, level 1 for difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Monday June 9th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the River Walk loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with substantial hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 6.3 miles, 14,500 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. If interested email [email protected].
Tuesday June 10th (Panama Announcer Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Caldera Village loop. This is a 1 hour hike in Caldera over mostly gravel streets, essential flat, level 1 for distance nad difficulty. Bring water and wear hiking boots. If interested email [email protected].
Thursday June 12th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Palmira Dairy farm. This is a 1 hour in/out hike over a gravel street and paved farm trail with moderate hills, level 3 for distance and difficulty. Wear hiking boots. If interested email [email protected].
Saturday June 14th (World Flag Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to Alto Quiel and hike to/from the park. This is a 2 hour hike over a gravel street with moderate hills, level 3 for distance and difficulty. Bring a hiking stick, water and wear hiking boots. If interested email [email protected].

Wednesday June 18th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike Palmira Arriba. This is a 2 hour hike over a paved street with substantial hills, level 7 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 5 miles, 11,400 steps. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
Thursday June 19th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to El Santuario and hike to/from Il Pianista. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved street with moderate hills,level 2 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Friday June 20th (Panama Nurse Assistant Day and World Refugee Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike La Estancia loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with steep hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.8 miles, 11,200 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Friday June 27th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to Alto Quiel and hike to/from El Salto road. This is a 2+ hour hike over a paved and gravel street with substantial hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water and a hiking stick and wear hiking boots. Saturday June 28th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to Palmira and hike to/from the Dairy Farm. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved and gravel street then paved path in the farm, with moderate hills, level 3 for distance and difficulty. Bring water and wear hiking boots as we may encounter cows.
