Saturday January 13th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the El Salto road loop. This is a <1 hour hike over paved streets in town with moderate hills, level 1 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Monday January 15th (World Road Traffic Victim Remembrance Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike to/from the Climbing Wall. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
Tuesday January 16th (International Tolerance Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Social Security loop. This is a 1 hour hike in town over paved streets essentially flat, level 1 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Friday January 19th (World Philosophy Day and International Mens Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Volcan Baru Trail. This is a 2 hour hike over a trail with substantial hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty. Bring water, a hiking stick and wear hiking boots. If interested email [email protected].
Monday January 22nd we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to the Climbing Wall and hike to/from the Haunted Castle. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
Saturday January 27th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to the Pipeline Trail and hike to/from the Bajo Mono Camp in Horqueta. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved street with moderate hills, level 2 for distance and difficulty. Hope to see you there. If interested email [email protected].
Monday January 29th (Panama Pharmacist Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Stairs loop. The is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5.7 miles, 11,600 steps. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
Tuesday January 30th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike part of the Pipeline Trail. This is a 1 hour hike over a rainforest trail with moderate hills, level 2 for distance and difficulty. There's a $3 trail fee - please bring the correct money. Bring water and wear hiking boots.
