Breathwork, an ancient practice dating back thousands of years, has gained popularity recently for its numerous physical and mental health benefits. Among the various breathwork techniques, Qi Gong and the Wim Hof Method stand out as powerful approaches to harness the potential of conscious breathing.
I will guide you through a 45-minute session where we will perform three breathing techniques per class, supported by the right music. So, every class can be different; I will let the participants and the day’s energy level decide on the exercises. This class is a perfect add-on for my Qi-gong class or as a stand-alone class.
Regardless of the specific technique, breathwork offers a myriad of benefits. These include stress reduction, improved mental clarity, enhanced focus, better sleep, and increased energy levels. Additionally, practitioners often report heightened emotional well-being and a sense of overall vitality.
