When brewing filter coffee, we have to pay attention to multiple factors that influence our brew and have a big effect on coffee taste. Each Slow Coffee method requires an adjustment of the grind size, water temperature, and extraction time.
You will receive a handy guide with brew recipes and techniques to pour. Together we will brew different kinds of coffee, where the effect on taste by each parameter will be explained.
After this workshop, you will understand how to adjust your brewing recipe to your favorite brewing method, with your full automatic brewing machine or by hand. (V60, Chemex, Kalita, Origami, aeropress, French press,…)
