âī¸ After this workshop, you will understand how to adjust your brewing recipe to your favourite brewing method, with your full automatic brewing machine or by hand.
đ¤ When brewing filter coffee, we have to pay attention to multiple factors that influence our brew and have a big effect on coffee taste. Each Slow Coffee method requires an adjustment of the grind size, water temperature, and extraction time.
đYou will receive a handy guide with brew recipes and techniques to pour. Together we will brew different kinds of coffee, where the effect on taste by each parameter will be explained.
