5 TIBETAN RITES SUNDAY 11 AM
We start with warm-up exercises.
The Five Tibetan Rites are a set of exercises to promote health, vitality, and a youthful appearance. They are often described as a "fountain of youth". The five rites involve specific movements and breathing techniques, which are thought to activate the body's energy centers (chakras) and improve overall well-being.
We end with stretch-exercises and a short meditation.
