Dear Yogi,

we welcome you to join us for a yoga retreat to connect with your inner essence and recharge amidst stunning nature in beautiful Shaya Yoga Retreat Center in Las Lajas, Chiriqui, in Panama.

You will deepen your yoga practice with our daily yoga and meditation classes, develop your skills with our three practical workshops on Mindfulness, Introduction to Shiatsu Massage, and Breathwork, and replenish your energy in a Cacao Ceremony with locally-sourced, organic ceremonial cacao from Bocas del Torro.

You will practice Vinyasa and Yin yoga from an internationally trained and certified yoga teacher in our beautiful outdoor yoga studio. 

Our retreat is designed to encourage an authentic connection with your body sensations, emotions, and visions while mindfully integrating internal and external movements in a safe, kind, and gentle program.

One of our unique highlights is our gourmet vegetarian homemade ayurvedic food.
