Eleven years ago, the fully bilingual Rodny founded RodnyDirect, a well-known helpline service for expats that assists 24/7/365 with all kinds of emergency issues (health-related and otherwise). Rodny will first introduce himself and his unique life story. He'll then discuss what motivated the need for an expat helpline service in Panamá, how it evolved into a website-based subscription service, and how the service actually works. Rodny will then take questions from the audience.
