Have you ever felt shy just by looking at yourself in the mirror? Gazing up and down at your body parts not feeling connected with them?
This unique and fun class is to help find and bring your sexy back! Fall in love with yourself through the healing movements of dance, while deepening your connection to your body. Each class you will learn a short dance routine, either on the floor or with a chair as a prop.
