What Is Kundalini Yoga? Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness... as the Kundalini Energy moves upwards through the chakras.
In this workshop you have the chance to learn about the essential basics of Kundalini Yoga, a powerful and fast acting yoga practice, which is also called the yoga of awareness. After a short introduction to the basic ideas and believes we will dive deep into meditation, mantra chanting, breath and yoga practice to train our mind and attune our body to hold higher frequencies of energy associated with Kundalini and consciousness. At the end of the workshop you will experience a sound bath meditation to integrate the moved energies and surrender completely. If you like you can come in white cloths, the traditional Kundalini Yogi clothing.
