Have you ever felt shy just by looking at yourself in the mirror? Gazing up and down at your body parts not feeling connected with them?
Well... this class is to help find and bring your sexy back and fall in love with yourself through the healing movements of dance. Let's break cultural, childhood and other people's opinions with movement on the floor.
Yeah! Floor heals. Wear leggings or long flexible pants. (Bring kneepads if you desire.)

Resident Single Class: $10
5-Class Card: $8/class ($40); must be used w/in 45 days
10-Class Card: $7.50/class ($75); must be used w/in 60 days
VISITORS (defined as anyone who lives NOT in the province of Chiriqui)
Visitor Single Class: $12
HAVEN MEMBERS
Member Single Class: $7.00
Member 10-Class Card: $6.50/class ($65); must be used w/in 60 days
