Wednesday September 14th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Volcan Baru Trail. This is a 2 hour hike over a paved and gravel street and trail with many moderately severe hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4 miles, 9100 steps.
