Special Workshop: Breathe & Believe Breathwork

at The Studio at The Haven Wellness Resort & Spa. The cost of this workshop is $45, and space is limited.

Join this special workshop lead by Katherine Sophia. Using connected breath, you will be empowered to create openings within the energetic body as never before, allowing stored emotions & memories to surface, move & release. Theses journeys are a sacred space to unite with yourself, to release and to feel your bright light expand from the inside out. During our breath journeys all expressions are welcome as all of it allows you to surrender, to let go and move energy & love throughout your mind, body and spirit. These journeys can leave you feeling sensations of complete bliss, connection, and uniting you to the powerful kundalini energy flowing within you and all around you.
These journeys are done laying on a mat using the breath to heal from the inside out. They are guided by music and sounds.
Please bring an eye mask or bandana, pillow & blanket with you to maximize comfort.
