BREATH & FLOW YOGA
TUESDAY & THURSDAY 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
This is a mindful class for beginners and intermediate level. We are going to move slowly using the breath, awakening our consciousness of the body, using props (if necessary), so we can adjust the postures to our body, gaining strength and flexibility (recovering the range of motion step by step).
