Wednesday September 29th we'll celebrate World Heart Day and leave at 8:00 AM sharp from San Francisco plaza and hike Sanboni. This is a 1½-2 hour relatively flat hike over gravel streets and trail, level 4 for distance and difficulty. See you at SF plaza. (After let's try the Mexican restaurant next to the dollar store.)
