The panelists are Geovanna Avendano who recently moved her busy law practice from Panama City to Boquete, James Bondoux, who moderates the online forum "Panama Laws for Expats", and Penny Barrett, University of Michigan law school graduate. The discussion will cover (but not be limited to):

Real Estate Ownership

Slander Laws

Probate (and avoidance thereof)

The first of these two interactive BCP Community Chats on the topic of Boquete 101 for Newcomers was recorded. This January 7th presentation was repeated two weeks later on January 21st. That second ("encore") presentation was not recorded because it likely would be almost identical in content.
