Friday July 1st we'll start the month by leaving at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, driving to and hiking the Volcan Baru Trail. This is a 2½ hour hike over paved and gravel streets and trail with many challenging hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4 miles, 9100 steps. Monday July 11th we'll celebrate World Population Day, say goodbye to masks and leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to the Climbing Wall and hike to/from the Haunted Castle. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5½ miles, 11,700 steps. Bring water. If interested email rimerman1@gmail.com.

It appears gasoline and other goods are available, so let's resume hiking.
Monday July 25th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike to/from El Santuario to get back into the groove. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email rimerman1@gmail.com.

Great news - 2 extra gasoline tanker trucks are on their way to arrive tonight in Boquete. This should eliminate gas lines and get us back to life as normal.
Therefore I'm tentatively scheduling Friday July 29th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike to/from the Climbing Wall.
