This Wednesday a NEW twist to the usual EZ Wednesday Hike. This week our hike is more for the intemediate to advanced hikers in our group and we wil be hiking a NEW trail for many but, not for me.
Meeting 8:30 A.M. in front of Sugar & Spice at 8:35 carpooling to the El Salto area down to the canyon and up into the Camiseta area passing the road that leads to the entrance of the Volca Baru. This hike will be around 4 hours - mas o menos. Requirements: be in good health. Also pack water and a snack, wear sunblock, hiking boots or gym shoes with very good outer sole treads, hiking sticks will come in handy on this hike and of course bring your camera.
