! Executive chef and owner Claudia Schumann at SCHUMANN'S restaurant will be cooking with
executive chef Jay McLelland and Joanne Cardiff on July 1, 2017 at 12:00 Noon.
Both Canadian chefs hail from the heart of Niagara, Canada's finest wine growing region.
Jay studied under a French Canadian Chef and is working in an exclusive lounge for platinum and elite players at Fallsview Casino Resort, Niagara Falls.
Joanne worked primarily in four diamond hotels across Canada and is currently the Executive Chef at the Holiday Inn & Suites, Parkway Conference Centre in St. Catherines.
The ticket price for the Buffet is $42.00 PP.
