The nature walk on Wednesday is a very good hike for the beginner as well as the nature lover and photographer.
Meeting in Alto Boquete at the Plaza San Francisco parking lot at 8:30 A.M. Carpooling 8:35 to the La Estrella area for a relaxing 3 hour nature walk and is mostly flat. We will see horses roaming the area, water birds and other natural wonders. Going on nature hikes can be relaxing, meditational and slow the urge to rush. So join us and meet like-minded people.
Requirements: being in good health is advised. Pack rain gear, cap/hat, water, wear sunblock, hiking boots or gym shoes with very good outer sole treads.
