Learn how to select fresh and local products to prepare Panamanian and healthy dishes.
The experience begins at Vintage Café located in the Municipal Market, while we have a cup of coffee the initial instructions will be given, then together with the Chef we will select products that we will use in our dishes from some market stalls, then we will go to Chef Alexander's restaurant (Ngädri Restaurant) where the classes will be, but first the fish man will arrive and we will choose the catch of the day. It will be an intimate class, Chefs Alex will share with us part of his knowledge and extensive experience in national and international cuisine.
Together we will prepare the dishes while we learn. At the end, we will enjoy our creation for dinner.
