
Thanks to Boquete's climate and agricultural activity, the kitchens usually obtain fresh supplies on a daily basis, thus guaranteeing the quality of each dish. Most of our restaurants only uses seasonal and regional inputs, avoiding transfers and refrigeration; This way you get fresh dishes with great flavor.
Our experience:
- It begins by getting to know the municipal market to see some indigenous inputs in Panamanian cuisine. (½ hour)
- Then we move to a production farm where you will take a tour, receive an explanation of how our food is grown and have the opportunity to harvest, at the end you can take some harvested products. (1 ½ hours)
- We will visit a first restaurant to have a drink and the entrance (1 hour)
- Finally dinner and dessert will be served in another restaurant that includes main course, dessert and a drink.
