We will meet at Ngädri Restaurant, Chef Alexander will teach the different ways to work with cassava and we will also learn how to do "carimañolas" and others Panamanian dishes with cassava . It will be an intimate class, Chefs Alex will share with us part of his knowledge and extensive experience in national and international cuisine.
Together we will prepare the dishes while we learn. At the end, we will enjoy our creation for dinner.
