SLOW FLOW YOGA

A slow Vinyasa that is equally soothing and beneficial for any tension that is stored in your body. Vinyasa means breath to movement and is often referred to as a “flow style” of yoga. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation linking each posture together with a fluid breath flow.
Prepare to use breathwork and conscious movements of asanas that will begin or continue the beautiful process of self care.
