Mobility. Stability. Strength. Power.
The ability to perform a Movement efficiently requires a combination of Mobility (which implies flexibility and joint range of motion) and Stability (which implies motor control and the adequate capacity of the postural musculature).
When an individual has enough Mobility and adequate control of it, we can obtain Functional Movement, and only then can we add Strength and Power.
The main goal of smart training is to build healthy, strong, stable, pain-free movement patterns when moving.
In this class we are going to optimize our work routine, through corrective and analytical parameters at the postural, conditional, muscular, joint and neurophysiological level (stability/mobility).
