Come join us for a Gentle Yoga class that encourages breath and body-awareness, as we blend traditional poses with somatic movement. Great for beginners, or those who prefer a more relaxed, mindful style. Results include increased strength, flexibility, balance, & enhanced overall well being. Options are always given... and requests are definitely encouraged.
Each class is tailored to the group's needs. This is done in the spirit of yoga as a healing practice, where asanas (poses) are given for various conditions (ie, back pain, tight shoulders, etc.) Yoga works in subtle yet, profound ways. You may find the more you attend, the more you will know what your body needs... and the more supportive and deep your practice will become.
Overall, the goal is simple: To Feel Good! Strengthen, stretch, and smile your way into the day.
