Take-A-Hike has begun a Basic Hiking Group for those beginning hiking, out of condition or recovering from sickness or injury.
Saturday November 6th we'll celebrate World Environment Day and leave at 8:00 AM sharp from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike the Social Security loop. This is ~1 hour hike over paved streets, relatively flat in Bajo Boquete. Bring water.
