Friday May 21st we'll celebrate Panama Physician Day, World Cultural Diversity Day and Global Accessibility Awareness Day - and leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Volcan Baru Trail. This is a 2 hour in/out hike over a gravel street and trail around the base of Volcan Baru with substantial hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4 miles, 1800 feet vertical distance, 9100 steps.
