The water to my condo was restored sometime during the night. These guys did the best they could no matter how skilled they are at their jobs or profession. And, at least a poIitcian showed up. I would never make fun of them when commenting on a water outage after all I live in "THEIR" country. Sadly these comments were posted on a thread I started about a water outage. Having said this, I will no longer allow these kind of remarks on MY blog or MY public post. These types of defamations were al
Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poke me in the ribs and cackle, telling me, “You’re next.” They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.
"The only permenant thing in life is "Change".-----never happens for some people. I use the block feature only for the last option and give most people the benifit of doubt. Some people just take life too seriously, were born jerks or enjoy being jerks, or are unhappy with the decision they made to move to Panama and most of all,-------(The Know It All). So, thanks for the "Peace Of Mind Button."
The Royals are out playing the Mets. Go Royals!! Baseball in Chiriquí isn't far away! If anyone has the website for Chiriquí baseball please post it. There are many things to do in Chiriquí. (some of the constant complainers should get out more) Unhappy in Panama...............WHY WHY WHY? I find being unhappy is in your shoes. They take you where ever you go. Oh, And Volcan was nice yesterday afternoon.
Great little circus. Very clean and professional. No animals. Great magic show, high wire, gymnastics, motorcycle cage with 4 motorcyles in it at one time. And a few other small acts.
Chiriqui Bulls lost to Volcan High Landers 14-6. Great game. These guys hustled. They will improve over time playing American Football. ( broma broma>>>)Did I miss any Drama or Chaos on CL while at the game...lol NO, NO and NO. I'm sure I missed some on the banning site.<<<<serious. lol
Breakfast and then hit the ground in search of another adventure in Panama. First, watch some ninos practice soccer. Then maybe some lunch in town. Tonight the American Style Football with Panamanians playing dressed out in full pads. I've watched them before. They are new to this rough sport and you can see too much compassion lol. That is changing!!!! The do hustle though. As always some shopping for fresh vegetables.
I went to bed early last night so my allocated sleep hours ended up early this morning. Having said that, looks like some ole "other site" members have arrived with the same old bully tactics and insults and can't see the truth if it hit them in the face. They are slowly testing the waters on this site. One thing I've noticed; "this administration and moderators Do NOT do personaities." So, it will be interesting counting the warnings and banning. Hope for the best but take what comes your way.
I went throught special forces training with the 7th SFG in Okinawa (Camp Hardy) in 1970. I had been searching for the Captain or XO of the unit since then. I found him on a website yesterday. 45 years later. Life is an Adventure and not filled with misery like so many I meet today on social media. This site is much better than the previous ones I visited. I especially like the warnings and point system. And the Privacy of your database is great. So far my opinion is; free speech, fair behavior
We went to a soccer match last night in David and watched local players. It is located behind La Brasas restaurant on the road to the airport on your left just past the prison.(big coca cola sign there). This is one of those mini soccer fields. There is seating and parking. Also, you can watch while eating in the restaurant. We enjoyed wings and patacones con camarone while watching the game. The wings were great and so were the patacones with shrimp in the center. These youngster really play ha
It appears the security meeting was well attended yesterday. Hopefully the officials can get more support for police, vehicles and investigators. Also, maybe the representative can at least start a Bill in Panama City for change in the juvenile laws.
